George Litterst is a nationally known music educator, clinician, author, performer, and music software developer. A classically-trained pianist, he is co-author of:
SuperScore, an intelligent sheet music display app
Classroom Maestro, an interactive musical blackboard
Internet MIDI, an app for connecting MIDI-equipped instruments together over the Internet
Home Concert Xtreme, a score-following app
and other software products from TimeWarp Technologies. He is also co-author of many digital music publications from CyberConservatory.
George maintains a private in-person and online studio in Rehoboth, MA. Academic institutions where he has taught include the New England Conservatory of Music Preparatory School, Northeastern University, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
As a performer, George has appeared in solo recitals and chamber concerts in the United States. For 26 summer seasons, he was a regular soloist with the Rockford (Illinois) Pops Orchestra.
